Thanks for the information guys. I'll take another close look at my bumper but I don't recall any holes in that position.

Well, a closer look revealed the plate for the license holder in the bumper overrider. None so blind....

Actually, that's the five-digit GROUP number. The RH Actuator for a 76A body is, C1SB 13A746-A.
