Default make sure th vent tube

Make sure the vent tube on top of the trans is not plugged after sitting so long. Maybe a spider thought that would make a good home!!

How about trying a leak stop? For $12 a quart of Lucas might solve your problem.

I've turned a lot of wrenches under the shade tree but automatics are a complete mystery to me.

Can you tell me where the vent tube is located. I don't see one on the trans and I can't find a picture of it in the manual.

BTW I did throw a qt. of Lucas leak stop and conditioner in. I'm not sure if it helped or hurt. That stuff is like molasses.
