will this carb bolt directly to 352 intake and will stock aircleaner fit?

I would think so, I am running one on my performer intake, and my son is running run on his 65 TBird, both of us bolted them on and never looked back. I bought a ford kickdown linkage because a good friend that knows carbs told me I would need it. It is still in the workbench drawer, so you don't need it with the setup the squarebirds have.

You may need to run a lead to the electric choke it you don't have one.

I'm running a 1961 390FE out of a T-bird in my 60. It came with a 1406 and a Ford sidewinder manifold. So as far as i know....yes.
