Default whats a little pain for the cause Mike

I dont know how anyone can work underneath the dash with out being a contortionist. When I was younger I fit in all kinds of places but pushing 60 I choose my battles. I agree I wouldnt choose the vacuum if I had the ability to go to electric but with the pump and a canister at least you would have "constant" vacuum. I grew up in Colo and the car is from there so I know all about how to "hesitate" to allow the wiper to clear the windshield. Dave the firewall piece is a firewall insulator made for our cars with the correct curves ect. You can order with what ever holes you need and it comes ready to install and has the correct "grain". I got it and a whole kit for the car from Quiet Ride that included heat and noise mats. Because I knew the old heater etc wasnt going to be used I didnt have them cut out for it and now have insulation behind the A/C.
