Default Changing belts

I feel dumb for asking, but what's up with the power steering belt? There is no adjustment. The belt runs directly from the pump to the crank and the brackets have no slots. I have a 63 with AC if it matters.

The power steering bracket where it attaches to the engine has a round hole and curved slot. The power steering pump gets adjusted that way. If you loosen the two bolts, you should see that the power steering pumps rocks up and down.

Thanks. I thought there must be more to it. I should have looked a little further.
