Default Engine Decals

Maybe I can't search, but can someone attach photos of the '60 evaporator decal location? Coil, A/C compressor, and any air cleaner housing decal location, too.

Thunderbird restoration guide shows a '58 and '59 with the evaporator decal on right front side. It is about an inch from the right and 1 1/2 inches down from the top. The A/C compressor decal appears on the rear of the compressor about as square as you can mount it. I see the side air cleaner housing decal in the right or passenger side as close to the lip as possible.

Attached are photos of the decals you are referring to that are from the VTCI Original Factory Specifications book that I borrowed during the restoration of my bird last year. I had to resize the photos from by phone to get them to upload, but I hope they are clear enough to help you out. If not, let me know and I can e-mail them to you directly.

Thanks. Getting down to the decals means most of the important issues are solved.

If you buy a decal kit from one of the suppliers they'll have a pretty good diagram. Supplement that with some photos (like in post 3).

What year are you working on. Those pictures are from a Squarebird engine compartment. Bulletbirds and Flairbirds are completely different.

All the Thunderbird vendors carry them. Here's Mac's.
