Is it just one window that doesn't work or all of them. If it's just one then it's the motor, wiring, circuit breaker or the switch. It could only be the window relay if none of them worked.

Hey John, I only heard a click from the fronts. Bench Test on the motor itself is good. Plugged in the car is no action. I wasn't aware of a relay besides the picture I posted below....?Comment

Kevin, I THINK that relay is on the engine firewall, to the left side of the black AC cover IF your car has AC. It would be on the passenger side, if I have the right relay in mind. jopizz or simplyconnected, or one of the other guys can correct this if I have it wrong..
Check this thread out. It might help.

I just added two additional threads in my previous post to check out that might help. I think your pic is the window relay on the engine firewall, from the looks of it. The pix you see in my post is the window relay and there are some explanations regarding it in the links I just posted that might help you.

The picture you posted shows the circuit breaker for the power seat and the window relay is behind it. Test for power on the thick red/blue wire on the right with the key on. If you have power then the relay is good.

I have found a lot of bad contacts inside the window and seat switches. Most of the time, I can take the switch apart and clean the contacts. The p/w switch is kind of unique in how they distribute the 12v power to all 4 switches. I remember some kind of jumper between the individual switches. If you do have 12v going the switch connector, then the relay is okay. Try cleaning the contacts in the switch. Another thing to check is the circuit breaker at the window motors. There should be one at each motor that is connected to the ground terminal of the motor and the other side grounded to the chassis. Good luck.
