Getting ready to re-assemble my 60 bird so I thought that I would ask a question or two knowing that you, the experts, would be able to guide me. I am assuming that it is better to install the window guides, wipers, tracks etc prior to installing the actual window glass. Am I correct in this thought process? Are there any special tricks that will help me in this process? I do nee new glass for both doors is there any one out there that has a parts car that no longer needs the glass?
This is a three year project car that I am doing a ground up restoration so I am sure that I'll have more questions. All the body work is done and I am in the process of finishing the wet sanding polishing process preparing for another couple of years of rebuilding.
