removing 63 console

Can anyone give me some hints on removing the floor console from my 63 bird? I have removed the obvious bolts/screws but it is still firmly planted.

any luck with the console? I am planning the same upgrade this fall (previous owner cut out the passenger side floor after a heater core leak). Everything else seems pretty straight forward for removal, I hadn't thought about the console though.
