    Jack Question

    Does anybody know if a later model T-birds jack will work on a Squarebird? In particular a 68-69?

    If you have the 68-69 jack perhaps you could compare it to this picture of a 58-60 jack to see if it matches up.

      Unless you don't care much about the finish on your bumpers, you might consider a compact, modern jack tucked away behind the spare tire for real roadside work, with an original just for looks.

      I can get the # off of the jack so you can watch for one. They appear on Ebay now and then. I believe the same jack went for the 55-57 2 seaters.

      Some of the parts suppliers have original exploded parts diagrams with part numbers so you could compare the 58-60 with the 68-9 directly.
