I went for an internet ramble and found another picture of this chicken mobile....once I saw it I was a bit startled, and sent off my OWN email to willy, asking for verification on the VIN and data plate info...

      Your right about that!!!
This car got my attention for whatever reason, in my opinion it might can be a 1958 Lincoln??

I did a little amateur cutting/pasting and some other things I can't repeat I think, not knowing anymore how all went tonight to this result.
But I took the 1958 Lincoln as a start and gave it a 1960 Cadillac rear.
Some (wrong in my opinion, but couldn't find better at this moment) 1959 Galaxie headlights and the 1973 Chevy front bumper Jon stated.
Here's the rough result without tons of bondo:

Something about that nose says 'Checker' to me, but look at the size compared to the Lincoln next to it. This isn't a large car, although it does look wide.

No, the front bumper is definately CHECKER !

                  I guess i am the only one that thinks that it is a T-Bird; but, I think it's a 1961 or a 1962
T-Bird 'Vert ! It's too short to be that Lincoln. With bondo, they can make it longer, but it's harder to make something long.... shorter.
Easy to add - hard to subtract.
