      Another option is putting in a 390. They are far more plentiful than 352's and are usually much cheaper and will fit perfectly. And if you reuse your intake manifold and valve covers from the 352 only an expert will be able to tell the difference.

        The 61/65 LINC 430 had a different bell mounting pattern than the 59/60 MEL 430. The only trans you can use (without an adapter) would be the LINC TWIN-TURBO.

        Much cheaper to stay with the FE.
