Happened to see this on craigslist today, struck me as a beauty and a bargain, thought I would share. I know nothing but what the ad says, but would be going there tomorrow if I was looking.

Beloit Wisconsin is just north of Rockford, Illinois, about an hour
west of Chicago or Milwaukee...if anyone is really interested, I might be able to find a trustworthy soul to take a look at it.
