3 sp column

hi
does anyone know if the parts from a 58 thru 60 ford 3 sp column will fit a thunderbird. I use to have a 59 that i put a 4 sp in and always wanted to set it up with a column shift mech. and use a cable to engage reverse. also a pic of a thunderbird colum shift if anyone has one.

I do not know the exact answer to this. Some of the components might be shared, but the steering column components such as the shift collar would be unique to the Thunderbird.

The blue 1950-1959 Ford parts book would answer your question.
