1961 Gauges

I have a 61 T-bird and I'm starting to think about the gauges they need some attention was curious what others were doing about them..haven't been able to find any web sites that had anything that i thought would help..Wouldnt mind repairing or a new more modern type(style) but I dont want to change the look of the 3 dash pods...any help,thoughts or ideas would be great...

Yes I would like to get mine although restored, even my clock does not work, but I don`t know how to get the dash pods and instruments off.

Kind of "Dakota" would be interesting for me too.
