defroster scoop

Anyone out there have a GOOD right side defroster scoop? No tears in cardboard or rusty brackets. Let me know.

I'm missing the same one and the left one is in bad shape. I am going to make new ones out of fiber glass. Use some of that green planter styrofoam and form the shape of the right scoop or something close to the right shape. It cuts and sands real easy. You'll want to sand the outside just a little smaller. After you've sanded cover the outside with plastic rape then cover with a couple of layer glass clothe and resin. When the resin drys dig out the styrofoam you should have new scoop that fits with a smooth inside. Hope this helps.
