How to replace Liscence Plate Light Bulb???

OK -- I am stumped.

How do you replace the light bulb in the liscence plate light in a Squarebird. I have a 60, but they should all be the same.

It looks like the only way to get to it is to remove the entire chrome housing that is crimped around the whole thing.

Is that it? Or is there some other way that I don't know about.

According to my 59 manual, the lens/bezel assembly pops out of the bumper then the bulb and socket snaps out of the lens/bezel assembly. The manual shows a gasket between the socket and bezel. I'm assuming the 60 is the same.
