Barry, you got some good advice. Parts for the 352 are much, much easier and cheaper to find than parts for the 430MEL. There were great numbers of 352's made and not that many 430MEL engines. Therefore, parts for the latter are harder to come by and usually more expensive. Not to mention, as already was, having to rework the engine bay to get that 430MEL to mount in place... As was said, I would stick with the 352...
