The 430 isn't a straight fit. You have to weld in motor mounts as the factory did. The amount of money you save will be spent trying to retrofit it. Also parts are much more expensive if not impossible to find if you have to do any maintenance. I'd stick with the 352. It'll be much cheaper in the long run.
