Got home, pulled out the manual and adjusted...

Got home, pulled out the manual and adjusted neutral safety switch accordingly. All is good now. Will only start in Park and Neutral.

Only thing I don't understand is the switch was not loose on...

I will check the switch. The lever is solid in the park position. I tried several times to get it to move from the park position and it would not.
