I got my answer

Thanks for all the help. The tranny is not for my big block. So I guess ill have to fork out the big bucks to get mine rebuilt or I might try to adjust the belts to see if that resolves the issues.

Anyone have any information on how to tighten the rear bands on my 62 cruiseomatic transmission. Pictures would be nice. Is it true it can be accessed by removing the console glove box tray?
