64 brake conversion

My question two fold.

I want to convert my 64 drums to dics front and back.

what is the skill level needed to do this? (I've never done a conversion) and how hard is it to do?

Steering wheel?

Hello everyone,
Best way to take the cone off from the steering wheel.
The reason I ask is, I see some with no cones and I wonder if they have messed up.
