Yes I have heard of Holman and Moody, the special 352, knew that was just what Ford called them, regular V-8 352, it does have the Yellow valve covers, not too special. Not 100% sure...

Thank you, On the amount of manual trans, my number was at 2% (1900 in 1960) and yes I am sure there are areas under the dash that have those mounting holes, but the dash has never had a radio in it....
