The center link is attached to the valve of the power steering. After losen the clamp there is a pin that block the center link. How do you remove the pin????

The Shop Manual shows pictures and it gives a good explanation. If you don't have a Shop Manual, order one immediately from any of the vendors. Here's what it says:
2. Loosen the clamping nut and bolt at the right-hand end of the sleeve.
3. Remove the roll pin from the steering arm to idler arm rod through the slot in the sleeve,
4. Remove the cotter pin from the control valve ball stud nut. Loosen the nut, and back it off far enough to cover the threads on the end of the ball nut.
You don't say which pin you are having problems with. The roll pin is a standard roll pin and the cotter pin is too. - DaveMember, Sons of the American Revolution

Use vice grip pliers and turn it as you pull. It will come right out.
