Voltage Gauge
I want to hook up a Volt Gauge on the car how do I hook the postive line do I hook to the voltage Reg if so which termel do I use BAT,Fle or Arm. or can I go direct to the postive side of the battery

Volt meter
A volt meter is no different than hooking up a multimeter. If you go from the positive terminal of the battery, which you can, and then to a ground you will read voltage all the time. When the car is off you will read the charge level of the battery and when the car is running you will read the charging amount from the generator. I would suspect if you intend for the voltmeter to be in the dash or a like location you really want a "switched" source of your + voltage. My thought would be to go to the switched side of the ignition switch. GrantGrant

I figured it out finaly I hooked the positive side of the gauge to the ARM post on the regulator and it worked and when you turn the key of you lose power to ARM post and the gauge goes down to 0Comment

Grant's approach sounds perfect to me. You want it monitoring the battery with as little in between as possible. Switched is good but there is no real draw if it's on while the car is parked.
Most autoparts stores carry a SunPro line of gauges. They look nice, are lighted, and you can mount them on the bottom side of your driver's side dash. The white face looks nice at night.
You can then monitor the battery at all times and ought to see from the mid 12s to 14s.
