Kelsey Hayes Wire Wheels Repro...Noisy!!!

I recently purchased a KH Wire Repro made by Zenith wheels and they are beautiful. The only problem I noticed about them is the noise when driving! The slight brake rub on the drums are clearly audible. Does anyone else have this problem? Do you just live with it or is there a way to make it silent?

I just found out that my brakes were installed incorrectly... I went ahead and replaced the brakes shoes. The noise is still there but, not as loud. I think I'm going to save up for a disc brake set up.
