Maybe it is, but I could not se the thing in the shop manual. Perhaps an assembly manual could tell. Here is a picture from the other side.

I have taken the regulators out of Squarebirds, that looks unfamiliar to me.

This is the bracket that holds the test tube with the schraeder valve for the automatic transmission. It bolts to the intake manifold in the back. Someone has added another bracket of strip metal to it by bolting it through the valve hole. This part has been jury rigged! I can send a picture of the proper use of this if you need. Let me know.
