I polished my bumper with Brasso and it came out very nice, what was rust on the inner smile bar is now chrome! But has anyone found a way to clean up the small fine spider lines? and what does one do to seal the chrome after polishing to prevent or reduce the rust returning? I was told to use bowling alley wax??

Any fine scratches would need to be buffed out. You can tyr rubbing compund, but i doubt you will be able to get out all the scratches by hand.
You can wax chrome, but Mother's metal polish or Dupont #7 polish will also protect the finish after they clean it.
