I rebuilt my power steering pump today. I was lucky enough to find a website that gave instructions with pictures http://www.studebaker-info.org/tech/...pspumpreb.html. I know it says Studebaker, but it is the same pump.

However, I did not follow his instructions exactly and it cost me some extra time and money. After I installed the new front seal I tried to reinstall the shaft the same way I had taken it out. That will not work as it will destroy the new seal. Live and learn, I followed directions the second time around and that worked like a charm.
