The Auto Show is in Philadelphia this week. Besides new cars, there's a display of Classic Cars on the lower level which has some very nice cars, but this is a lesser attraction when compared to the Corporate Displays on the Main level.
When I was walling thru last night, a beautifully restored 1960 TBird Convertible was featured, Red, with a Biege leather interior. Ray mentioned recently that Biege leather was the only two-tone leather offered in 1960, good info as I didn't know that. Here's this 60 with that interior and 'wow' is it stunning.
For those that haven't seen this, the two-tone starts on the door panel, lighter towards the rear, darker at the front. The dark brown continues into the dash and blends into a dark brown console. The seats are the lighter shade as is all the rear seat surrounding soft trim. Couldn't see the carpets as the car was roped off. No pictures, no camera, didn't expect to see anything worthwhile to photograph, hopefully this car will appear again in the Phila area and I'll be ready.
