    Hard start solved

I was out trying to find out why my car was "hard to start" I noticed that I was not really getting any gas. I pushed the fuel pump arm on the carb abd it gave a very good feed of gas. When I pressthe gas inside of the car I was not getting any or very little. I used a pair of plier's to slightly bend"gently" The arm that rides on the plastic thing on the thottle shaft. When I give it gas now I get a healthy squirt and the car starts now on the first try as it use to back in the 1990's.

The choke problem was a matter of adjusting the housing it was not engaged with the tab inside the plastic. Thanks all!
