Hello all.
I've purchased a fromt end rebuild kit from Kanter as well as a set of gas shocks. I was planning on putting it all on this summer, but the thought of having the old 'Bird up on jacks all summer instead of out cruising has got me scheming. I'm thinking this is more of a winter project, when I can't drive the car anyway.
Here's the rub. My 2 car garage is tight. In order to get the minivan in with the 'Bird, the old gal has got to be up against the wall. Leaving the van out all winter is not a valid option as I won't ask my wife to scrape windows and deal with snow. So, I was ondering. Can I do this one side at a time? That's the only way I could do it over the winter, one side against the wall while I work on the other. Once that side's done, turn the car around and do the other one.
What do you think, am I crazy? Should I just bite the bullet and do it this summer?
