Bad news yesterday in the mail
someone at the DNR has decided that I run a salvage operation
I have been requested to file for a storm water runoff permit
I won't even get started with all the permits and government
regulations. It would bury me financially even if I could comply with
all the bs
I will be getting rid of all my cars as soon as possible
I will try to dismantle everything possible before I eliminate any of
the bodies though.
This has now become my main priority so I will not be in my shop very
much, nor my office. I will be returning phone calls and emails as
usual but it may be very hard to get me live on the phone due to me
being out in the field.
I will be unearthing a lot of parts that have been previously unable
to be gotten off so keep letting me know what your needs are.
last evening I removed 25 doors
this morning I had 8 more off before 7 am
removed 4 trunk lids and 2 hoods also this morning
the ground is totally a sponge right now so cannot get any cars moved
but will be dismantling as fast as I can
Gotta beat whatever big brother has in mind for me
just giving you a heads up on the fact that our hobby is at risk every
day
no more tours of the Thunderbird Ranch museum of old birds...... soon
to be an orchard I guess.
hopefully there will not be a problem with me having pallets and
pallets of parts lined up in the field.
