My car has the tilt, to the left

Like so many old cars I have seen through the years my old bird has the sag/tilt whatever you call it on the drivers side. Looking at it from the rear you can clearly see it though it is not real bad.
The shocks are newer (years old, not decades). Is it the leaf springs? The fix is?

My car has the tilt, to the left

I had a similar situation when I bought my '59 Tbird. The right side of the car always sat lower than the left side. Once we got it on a lift and got under the car, we found that one of the brackets on the axle on the right side had been placed in the wrong position, pulling that right side down. My mechanic took it off, positioned it in the correct position in relationship to the one on the drivers side and it has been sitting level ever since...

If your frame is straight, new springs will restore your car to the correct height. Spring sag is very common in all classic cars. - Dave
