    acme headliner quality?

Just purchased one and the **** thing won't fit. There's no headliner material in the middle corners. When I say middle corners, I am refering to the corners that's right behind the rear drivers and passenger windows. The interior chrome trim won't cover the missing material either, anyone else have trouble installing a headliner or know if acme headliner's are flawed from the begining?

Headliners are tough to install. You probably do not have missing material; you just have not stretched it enough. It is best to install the headliner on a hot day. A hair blow drier helps to stretch some areas. A spray bottle of water helps to contract some areas.

I have done it on my 1959. It is an arduous job, best done with two people, with the interior out. Work from the back to the front of the car, making such that everything is taunt.
