3M has a product named "Strip Caulk" that comes in a box of many 12" or so formed strips of caulk that can be cut, shaped, and formed for many applications. It has a minor adhesive quality so that it will seal and stay in position. Cost for a box is around 15.00 available where auto body supplies are sold, or online. You will find many uses for this product.
