Here is an email and pic that Jim just sent me. Enjoy! That is quite the trophy!

"Took the 57 to a Judged Show last Sunday. It took 1st Place in Class: 50's Stock, then took "Best Of Show-Stock" at the end."

      Here is that pic.

elijahbird7's '57 Tbird Makes The Scoop!

Jim was just notified of this...

"Just got an email from the woman, Pam who runs that Judged Show in Rochester, Wi where the 57 took Best of Show out of 265 cars last fall. This year, my car will be on all the Dash Plaques and Trophies. She took several photos of my car and sent this one asking if I agreed that it should be the image they use for this fall's show. I agreed, color looks great."

Here is the pic that has been chosen.

Tbirds are not the only classics that Jim owns! He just sent me a pic of another classic of his. Blue, of course! It looks like he found his buddies missing glasses! Here is what he had to say and one pic.

"Funny story. Just brought my 66 Mustang over from storage across the street to clean the whitewalls. When I opened the hood to turn on the battery, I saw a pair of glasses in the engine compartment. My friend that also has a 66 Mustang had stopped over a couple if weeks ago to look at what goes around the steering column as it passes through the firewall. Since mine has a V/8 and power brakes, we could not see it at all. His has a 6 and no power brakes.."

Congratulations Jim. It's Winter here now, but our first show starts in September 16th, the All Ford Day. Hopefully I'll get top prize again. Congrats once again.
