    Thanks for the add!

A bit about me: I'm a lifelong 50's Ford collector, restorer, owner, driver, etc. There's always been at least one 1950s Ford product in my life since I turned 15. I've tended towards 55-56 full size Fords and Mercs, but never owned a Baby Bird because I don't bloody well fit in them.

I've always liked the look of the squarebird convertibles, although I've been scared of them because of the ever present and dreaded tinworm infestations that often occurred in Canada and the Northern States.
So when I had the opportunity to buy a nice, solid 59 droptop, I jumped at it.
My tastes have always been the "restored to original" type of cars, although these days I am really liking the idea of disc brakes, radial tires, and a CD player.
We'll see. Henry made them that way for a reason, and I often think Henry knows best.

I own an automatic transmission shop in Lewisville, Tx, and look forward to contributing to the best of my abilities in the years to come.
