The conversion to rack makes lots of sense for me. When I was under the car dealing with my conversion to a C6, my factory steering has been rubbing on my pan and leaks like a mother.

I was quoted $695 plus $50 shipping for a set.

    Cheers

    Hey Rusty

What is the R&P steering assembly you speak of?

As an update, my headers have headed off to the land of the long white cloud (North Island sorry Tom) to be fitted to a Mercury Cougar that doesn't have a steering box in the way.

I am told they fit well, live and learn!

Wish I did Dan, one of the neighbours friends was visiting for the wedding the T-Birds did, so I ended up giving them to him. In a twist, he was the one who pointed them out to me when I was visiting New Zealand.

Hmmmm that could have been a fantasticly hatched plot !
