Someone told me that the 1960 Thunderbird had sequential tail lights--is this true?

In a word, No. Sequential lights on T-Birds started in 1965.

Although the 1960 Tbird did not have them the sequential tail lights can be added to the 1960 Tbird. See the Technical Resource Library (TRL) for further information. It is always part of my signature element.
