well it's certainly nothing from a '58-'60 'Bird.

I got this in a box of parts when i bought my 59 and 60 bird, If you notice it matches the dash and center console.

I've never seen one before either, but it looks like a cigarette & match container.

That little box is when you remove the power window switches and go to manual window operations using a hand crank window and not wanting to use power windows. I do believe it also helps second hand smoke stay inside the car because someone didn't want the windows to work but wanted to keep a good place for cigarretts to be stored. Good BS, I really don't know what it fits I just wanted to share some holiday cheer of BS.
