I received the following from the granddaughter of Chris ~ Bird 60.. She is a cutie! I see she has dibs on one of his Tbirds!

Hi, My name is Charlotte & I'll be 2 fingers next month.
My Papou (Grandad), wounded up 16 Funderbirds counting his which is going to be mine one day. He & his Funderbird Fwends went for a Qwooze along the Qoast & they also had a Picnic. It was a glowias day 85F-29C & evwibody had a gweat time. I hope you all enjoy the pictures.

By By.....Charlotte.

Will be having the formal 50th last Squarebird Cruise in September.

We had the All Ford Day Show on the 7th March & I took out 1st place in my Class.....Thunderbirds, Lincolns, Mercury, & Edsels.

Bird 60.

Here are the pix and I will have to do this in several posts. First is a tribute to Greg Prince's Last '60 Squarebird.

Part 4 and final pic. I am assuming that these are some of our fellow Tbird owners who own those Tbirds we just saw. I am wondering which one is Chris ~ Bird 60, and who the others are? Chris probably took the picture! My hat is off to all of you Down Under, who put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into keeping your Birds on the go and on the Show. It gets a lot tougher when your parts sources are half way around the world... How many other clubs around the world are going to be putting on '60 Tbird 50th Anniversary S&S's this year?

Great stuff Chris, nice nest of T-Birds over the border. Congrats on the win, and I did chuckle at the future ownership bid....sounds like my house!

These were only half of the T.Birders in the photo.
The other half had already made tracks.
I'm the Guy next to the (Chic) Wife with the dark glasses in the whitish straw hat.
We had 16 Birds all up.

Thanks for telling us that you are in the pic, Chris! And which one is you! It is always nice when you can put a face to the name of someone you have been communicating with! You had a pretty good turnout! As you can see, I decided to move this thread and put it in Events, which it was.

Chris great pictures, great TBirds and it looked like it was a great day. Keep your grandaughter interested in the Thunderbird hobby, as we always need the younger generation to keep it going.
