I'm going to work on the parking brake today.

I've gotten under the car and found that the rear 2 lines are free and move forward when I pull the lever under the car.
The front line is kind of free, but little sticky and does not move as freely.

I think the main issue is the pull lever inside the car that's stuck. I can't move it at all.

Any thoughts on how to free it?

Thanks again.

Decided to pull the E-brake handle and the front cable. The catch lever and rod was rusted shut and not allowing the lever to move freely, I got it free and cleaned. Looks good and everything is moving freely.
Problem is the catch lever spring is broken and will not push the lever down to engage the slots in the pull lever.

Is there a fix for this? I'm going to head to the local hardware store and see if I can find a spring.

The fix is to replace the spring. If you can't find one at your local hardware store the Thunderbird vendors carry it. Here it is from Mac's.
