Peter, thanks for posting the pix! Some nice looking classics there! I am always looking for group shots of Tbirds nesting together at car shows like this. I need some good shots of them with high definition settings on your camera. Something in the order of 3-6MP (3000-6000+ pixels).. So as you are out at car shows this Summer, and the Tbirds are all displayed together, please snap some good pix and send them to me for consideration for the next years Squarebirds Calendar. Also of your Tbirds that have never been submitted before for consideration for the Calendar. There is information here in Anything Goes on how to and not to pose your Tbird, and set you camera.

Thanks.I will keep my eyes open for suitable group shots.Oddly enough there was a 60 Squarebird going in the opposite direction yesterday so I will try and track the owner down

What?

An outdoor car show and no rain - in fact - sunny - in England?
Are you sure you're not just kidding us......:D

Very nice.
Glad it was a great day for the show.

Thanks for posting the pics.

Eric

ps - I just have to ask - what kind of "American" food did they serve?

Hi Eric
I only saw the usual suspects- hamburgers and hot dogs. Its been really hot and dry here since April and peaked at 34 C last week. The beer is still 'warm' though.

I hope the person that owns the Comet has recovered after finding those 4 bugs on the radiator - :D - very nicely done car.

Humm - the gray '59? Chevy low rider - MOT allows that?

Nice show - thanks again for all the pics.

Peter same interior as my wife's 58 which she has named aptly "Maggie " ( Her name is Marg aka Maggie.) Has the same power windows / power seat minus the A/ C. Too funny when I showed her your picture she thought it was of hers.:D

Kevin's 59 Impala is on an air ride system. He did say his wipers didn't work well but I hadn't realized he had opted to delete them in Hot(Rat)Rod fashion.Cars from 1960 and older in the UK are now MOT exempt which is slightly crazy as it acts as a safety check at the time of MOT.It means you can drive with a cracked screen which is also a feature of his car....
