Bobs bird house is not serviceminded i need new leafspring for my 1960 bird,but before i order i would like to now the shippingcost to Sweden i wrote 3 times but no answer.

Hi Kenneth, I have just talked with The Bird House. They say that they did receive your inquiry, and replied to it. However, during this period of time, they were experiencing computer problems, including one going completely down on them and losing everything on it. It is entirely possible that their response to you never was sent. They are going to respond to you again, using the email that they have for you, which IS the same email address that you registered on our Forum with. Please look to see if you receive a response. If you do not, please let me know. They are very concerned regarding customer satisfaction and are appreciative that this problem has been brought to their attention.

Thanks for your help yellowrose i have now got mail from bobs,they are now working for the best solution for shipping to me.

Bobs must have serius problem with the mail i got a mail 14-07 they should se what they could with the shipping,i have wrote 2 times ask what happens beacuse i need the parts, no answer for 15 days,i have now sent my order to Larrys t bird he answer my mail within 2 hours

Kenneth, I just spoke with a person at Bob's Bird House about this. Unfortunately, Valerie nor Charles, the owner were there today. However, this person will certainly let Charles know on Monday about this and that your problem was not taken care of as it was assured that it would be. He said he has no idea what happened to keep your leaf springs from shipping, as they ship to your country and all over Europe all the time. I also informed him that you have taken your business elsewhere...
