The Retro-Bird in front belongs to a member of one of the Austin Tbird clubs, as does that beautiful '60 Convertible in the background. Here is a pic.

Now I wonder why he picked that metallic maroon color on the 2005 T-Bird?

Yup, they are both pretty Birds. I do not know if the owner of the Retro-Bird is also the owner of the Squarebird. I will have to ask him.

What sort of price are they asking for one of those 'new' 'birds??

And are they reliable?

They are quite popular around here. I see a good number of them at Tbird events. I like the looks of them. If it were not for the fact that they are just two seaters, like the Babybirds, I would have bought one, the 2005 year. Can't get many grandkids in one of them. There were good improvements made in them and in 2005 they came out with the 5oth Anniversary model, which would be the one I would be interested in. Here is a web site to check out. Read the several pages that are there.

This will give you some idea of what they are selling for.

That should give you some good information to check out the Retro-Birds!

I really liked the Pacific Coast Cruiser 2004 or 2005?? T-Bird.

It was a cool grey/green color. Special trim and convertible top, matching wheel caps, etc.
